Update -
Our team is investigating reports of an inability to process imports. The error message states "Some error occurred while processing. Please try again later." Users are seeing success by switching TPro to classic mode and then trying to import.
To switch to classic mode: - Login into TPro - Open the App on the sub you want - In the top blue bar there is a slider that says "Toggle to Classic Mode" - Try importing again

Update -
Our vendor that we rely on for phone and chat for Sales, Billing and Technical Support is experiencing technical issues. Calls and chats do seem to be entering the system, however our staff is unable to log in to receive them. Our vendor has updated us that they are beginning to implement mitigation steps. We apologize for this inconvenience and will update this status page with more information as it becomes available.
